Years of experience have taught us to be prepared. We realize financing land from banks can be time-consuming and expensive. For these reasons, we offer owner direct financing on every property we sell. No Banks, No Credit Checks.

If you choose to take advantage of our Guaranteed Financing, We offer all purchasers 10% PA with no prepayment penalty.

We ask this in return:
- Completed Order Forms.
- 10% Of the purchase price as a downpayment.

It's that simple! You may begin enjoying your property immediately afterwards. You are free to enjoy it however you wish, including Hunting, Camping or Building Your Dream Home (We can assist with permits).

- You have no obligation to improve your property.
- There are no restrictions on foreign ownership in Canada
- We guarantee a clean and marketable title free from any debt or mortgage.
- All deed and title documents are available for inspection.

When purchaser has paid in full, or when the financing schedule is completed in full including HST. We issue a Registered Deed or Certificate of Registered Ownership Conveying a clear title.

Payments can be made in CAD, USD, and EUR by bank draft, money order, e-transfer, pre-authorized debit and all major credit cards.

PURCHASE TERMS

We finance for a period of up to 48 months. Payment schedule will begin on the 1st day of every month after the acceptance of the order.

A low interest rate of 10% per year, 10% PA will be calculated on the unpaid balance and payable every 6 months. An invoice will be sent to you one month prior to your interest date.

Account balances may be paid out at anytime.
